In 1785 the KIRCHHOFF Group has been founded as Stephan Witte GmbH & Comp. to produce sewing needles in Iserlohn and has been owned by the KIRCHHOFF Family for four generations. Today the group consists of four business areas: KIRCHHOFF Automotive, KIRCHHOFF Ecotec, WITTE Werkzeuge, and KIRCHHOFF Mobility and achieved a total sales volume of 1.6 bn Euros with more than 10,500 employees worldwide in 2014.
