The Integration of young students in the economic society is an opportunity for both the young and for companies.<\/h3>\n

In the last year, Romanian Business Exchange<\/a><\/span> had the opportunity to participate in the project “Internships for students in the field of economy – international business” practice-EAI ID 140 619 developed by ANEIR – National Association of Exporters and Importers in Romania in partnership Academy of Economic Studies.<\/h3>\n

During this period of time, the students had the opportunity to become familiar with the specific activities of a company specialised in mergers and acquisitions, achieving international partnerships, obtaining financing, brokering international business<\/a>.<\/span> They also had the opportunity to get acquainted and even bring their direct contribution to the development of bilingual business matchmaking platform developed by RBE Connect = a business internationalisation for\u00a0Romanian companies that facilitates\u00a0international business contacts.<\/h3>\n

In addition, depending on the interest shown by students and capabilities identified by us, we involved them in the various current activities of the Romanian Business Exchange, including participation at various business events with this level of ministers and businessmen in Romania but other international level such as the meeting with the IMF representative for Romania – Mr. Guillermo Tolosa, meetings with member companies of the British – Romanian Chamber of Commerce, attending conference on improving youth access to the labor market through the guarantee scheme for Youth Representative organized at the European Parliament in Bucharest, as well as visits to the Swedish embassy in Bucharest and the Egyptian Commercial Office in Bucharest.<\/h3>\n

A very important element is that natural, professional relationships established during internship, continued with some students and after its completion, each subsequent internships getting involved in various other projects, very interesting, of which illustrate:<\/h3>\n

– Mentoring for young entrepreneurs in a business incubator in Bucharest, a project in which one of the students asked me – and I agreed with pleasure to be the mentor for two young Romanians with entrepreneurial initiatives and who wanted business orientation.<\/h3>\n

– The “First Step” organized by the Business Organization for Students Romania Romanian Commercial Bank<\/a><\/span>, where I gave advice to other young people interested in starting a business<\/h3>\n

– Partnership conducted by the Romanian Business Exchange and the Romanian League of Students was initiated after the professional relationship established with one of the students in practical us (and who is also vice president of LSRS), and that materialized immediately by organizing Partnership Workshop in Business Diplomacy<\/a><\/span>.<\/h3>\n
