We are a medium construction company for sale in Suceava – Romania, looking for a possible business partner to take over all or part of the company’s shares.

The Romanian construction company was founded in 2002 as a joint stock company and executed construction works on Moldavia: jud. Suceava, Botosani, Iasi, Neamt, Bacau, Vrancea. We Performed the following categories of works: – civil construction, industrial, -Roads and bridges • Hydraulic structures -canalization, infrastructure, wastewater and water supply – works land improvement: afforestation and correction torrents.

So far we have executed dozens of works, the most representative being Iulius Mall Suceava (approx. 40% of the structure) Bridge over water and Moldova (opening 120 m). Total assets are currently valued at 3.5 million euros (land, buildings, office equipment). The company has a production base located in Suceava, str. The firm has no debts to the state and suppliers. We are looking for possible buyers to invest and take full company (sell shares).
