The wooden doors and windows Romanian manufacturing company for sale is a limited liability (SRL) with 3 shareholders – Romanian citizens, is located in the East of the country and has a tradition of over 20 years in wood processing.

Production is organized in 3 facilites:

– INTERIOR and EXTERIOR DOORS,

– WINDOWS

– SEMI-FABRICATED, LAMINATED BEAMS, PANELS, PROFILED ELEMENTS.

The production capacity – approx. 500 cubic meters of wood / month / 1 shift is organized in a production hall of 3,000 square meters placed on a plot of land of 15000 sq.m.

The company also owns:

• drying facility
• raw material warehouses – approx. 1,000 m2
• warehouses for finished products – approx. 200 sq.m.
• sawdust briquetting facility.

Other facilities: own electricity substation, own wood-burning boiler.

The average sales of the last years stand at 2.5 million Euros/year with an average profit rate of 6%.

Around 80% of sales represent the segment of wooden doors and windows, 5% wooden parquet, the difference of 15% being made up of various – lamellar beams, panels, services.

Currently 60% of the production is sold for export in Europe.

The business has growth potential both on the existing business lines but by diversifying the range of products: wooden houses, other wooden construction materials, heritage restorations.

The Romanian factory for sale  is located in an area with a tradition in wood processing.
