The territory on which the exclusive contract is carried out: Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
The commercial addition varies between 400% and 1000%. The company owns 2 physical sales points, one in Bucharest and one in Iasi. So far, about 70,000 EURO have been invested in online and notoriety (outdoor) advertisements.
Also on the same company, in parallel, is also carried out the activity of Software to order (CAEN 6201) for which a 100% non-refundable financing amounting to RON 200,000 was obtained.
The reason for the sale: it requires large investments in aggressive advertising, which we do not have at this moment.
