The project aims to cultivate 77 hectares of energy willow in May 2018.

* Position D is the administrator position. The administrator engages to take care of all the necessary activities regarding the land renting, purchase of seedlings and their plantation, supervision and assurance of optimal development conditions, harvesting, processing, storage and selling.

The initial budget covers all the activities up to harvesting, except the land renting for year No. 2 and 3        (23 100 EUR/year). In exchange for its activity the administrator will receive 16.6% share from every other participant.   This business plan considers the crop harvest once for every three years. The investment considers a total of eight harvests (24 years crop life).Expected productivity is 20 tons/Ha of pellets every 3 years.

The investment can be scaled for a larger cultivated area and more participants. Minimum surface per participant is 5+1 Ha. The larger the cultivated area, the lower the production cost and therefor the higher the profit.

For optimal growing condition the productivity can be up to 150% higher (a minimum has been considered for this business plan)
