Proprietatea se afla pe autostrada A1, la kilometrul 13, iar acest acord reprezinta consolidarea cu succes a pozitiei pe care CTP o ocupa in zona. Dezvoltatorul mai detine alte trei proprietati in vecinatatea capitalei: CTPark Bucharest West, CTPark Bucharest si CTPark Bucharest Chitila. Proiectul logistic A1 Bucharest Park a fost dezvoltat de catre AIC RE si cumparat de CTP, de la Vabeld Group, iar tranzactia a fost perfectata pe 27 iunie.
Tranzactia a fost finantata de Alpha Bank, asistata de CMS Cameron McKenna. Compania CTP a fost asistata in aceasta tranzactie de firma de avocatura NNDKP, iar partea financiara si fiscala a fost coordonata de Mazars.
